Pick the region your loved one lives in and the service: a surprise, a hospital visit, a shopping trip.
Step 2
Block the time
Two, four, six, eight, twelve or twenty-four hours. Pre-book it, or mark it an emergency.
Step 3
Pay once, securely
Stripe handles payment. Everything after that is automatic.
Step 4
A manager sends a hero
The manager of that region assigns an available, verified hero from the same region.
Step 5
Share your code on arrival
The hero arrives, you share the one-time code, the timer starts and the chat opens.
Step 6
You get the full story
When time is up the chat closes and a summary reaches your dashboard and your inbox.
Trust is built into every step, not added at the end.
- Verified people only
- Every hero and manager is 18 or older and submits an Aadhaar and a photo. Drivers also submit a licence. Nobody is assigned until HR approves.
- Your code starts the clock
- The timer begins only after you share a one-time code with your hero. No code, no service.
- Locked to the region
- Only the manager of a region assigns heroes from that same region. Heroes see their own tasks and nothing else.
- Live from payment to done
- Payment, assignment, arrival, countdown and completion appear on your dashboard as they happen.
- Private chat, only when it matters
- Talk to your manager once a hero is assigned and to your hero once they arrive. The chat closes when time ends.
- Private by design
- Only the last digits of ID numbers are stored, documents sit in a private vault, and nobody sees what anyone else earns.

Your responsibilities
- Stay available in your region and accept tasks assigned to you by your manager
- Reach the location on time and confirm arrival with the customer’s one-time code
- Do the task exactly the way the customer would have wanted, with care and respect, especially for elders
- Stay in touch through in-app chat while the service runs
- Never take payments or favours outside the app and follow the safety rules at all times
What you need
- Aged 18 or above
- Aadhaar and a clear profile photo
- Driving licence number and photo, if you want driving and transport tasks
- Verified by HR before you can receive any task
A fixed amount for every task you complete. Track your earnings by day, week, month and year, with payouts every two weeks.

How quickly can I get a hero?+
Pre-bookings must start a few hours ahead so the regional manager can plan. For urgent needs choose Emergency, which is prioritised, subject to availability in the region.
Who are the heroes?+
Individuals aged 18 or above, verified by our HR team and managed by a dedicated regional manager. Heroes who drive must also have a verified driving licence.
What if no hero can be assigned?+
You will be told and refunded in full. The Terms explain the details.
Can a hero drive my parents around?+
Only heroes with a verified licence take driving and transport jobs. Other services never involve driving.
Where do I see the price?+
Create a free account and sign in. Prices are shown in US dollars on the booking screen, before you pay.
Is my payment safe?+
Payments go through Stripe. HelpingShoulders never sees or stores your card details.
Who is responsible during the service?+
HelpingShoulders connects you with verified heroes. After a booking is confirmed, the customer is responsible for the instructions given and the choices made during the service. Please read the Terms before booking.
Distance should never mean absence.
